If you want your union to
be legal, you'll need to obtain a valid Hawaiian marriage
license. Both you and your "spouse to be" need
to make an appointment with an authorized licensing agent.
The fee is
now $60 (cash) and payable only to the licensing agent.
You will both need to bring ID - drivers license, passport,
photo ID or birth certificate.
If either of
you has been widowed or divorced, you'll need to have with
you the dates, places and related names.
The license
is valid for 30 days only and must be brought to the ceremony.
One
witness signature is required.
